How do I pay my rent?

It’s easy! Simply go to the menu and go to Residents Connect select your property from the drop-down menu.

Do you have a fitness center?

While not all of our properties have a fitness center in the building, all residents are permitted to access the fitness center at MKT Place (200 W. Ninth).

How do I report a maintenance issue?

It’s simple- just log in to the Resident portal ‘Connect‘ and report your issue and our maintenance team will handle it and keep you updated.
